Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Crisis Case Ltd through this website. They sit alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer, which nothing here removes.

Last updated: August 2026

About us

Crisis Case Ltd is registered in England & Wales. Contact: info@crisis-case.com or 07849 636 216.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation with your order reference. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you and refund in full rather than fulfil at the wrong price.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Delivery

We ship to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will chase the courier.

Cancellation and 14-day cooling-off

For most online purchases you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. Tell us by email at info@crisis-case.com, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
We will refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition; we may reduce the refund to reflect handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
  • Sealed food, water and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened, for health protection reasons.
  • Items made or configured to your specification are non-returnable.
  • Age-restricted items may not be returnable once used.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable period with your order reference and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, and we cover return costs in these cases.

Age-restricted and regulated items

Some products — including crossbows, bolts, blades and pressurised gas appliances — are sold only to adults aged 18 or over and must be used lawfully and safely. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and that possession and use of the item is lawful where you live. We may refuse or cancel an order where we are not satisfied of this. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the product.

Product information

Images, specifications and contents lists are supplied for guidance. Manufacturers occasionally change packaging, components or suppliers; where they do, we supply an equivalent item of the same or better standard.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
