Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Crisis Case Ltd to explain, in plain English, what personal information we handle and why. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to take an order and get it to your door.

Last updated: August 2026

Who we are

Crisis Case Ltd, registered in England & Wales, is the data controller for personal information handled through this website. You can reach us at info@crisis-case.com or 07849 636 216.

What we collect

We do not require an account to browse the shop, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles of visitors.
  • Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, submitted when you complete checkout.
  • Order contents: the items, quantities and totals for your order, plus the order reference.
  • Enquiries: anything you choose to send us by email or phone.
  • Waitlist: your email address, only if you enter it into the waitlist form.
Card details are entered on the payment step and handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack and deliver your order and send confirmation and receipt emails.
  • To answer questions, handle returns and provide after-sales support.
  • To meet legal obligations such as keeping sales and tax records.
  • To send waitlist or launch updates, where you asked us to.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the service providers who help us run the shop: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, our email provider, and the couriers who deliver your order. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as UK accounting and tax rules require. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your query. Waitlist addresses are removed as soon as you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or have it transferred. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Email info@crisis-case.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and order data is held in an access-controlled database. No online service can promise absolute security, so we do not claim it — but we limit who can access order data and keep collection to a minimum.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the date above.
